I've had my Versa since December. Since then it had gradually declined in it's ability to sync to my phone. This evening it won't sync at all, unless the app is open. I have tried...
*Turning Bluetooth on and off
*Forcing sync through fitbit app
*Uninstalling/reinstalling fitbit app
*Turning phone off/on
*Resetting versa watch
*Etc.....
NOTHING seems to resolve the issue. It seems to be connected in my Bluetooth but I receive no notifications on the actual watch. Since I made the purchase back in December, I don't have any of the original boxing or receipts. I would really like some assistance in this matter, as a lot of money was spent for something only half way work. Thank you!

Hi @CMarie84 What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
