I haven't been getting subtext notifications on my Versa for the last day or so. All other notifications are coming through (call, app, etc.). I've tried restarting fitbit and phone, resetting bluetooth connection, and toggling notifications on and off. Recently downloaded the app update, so wondering if it's a glitch with that? Same here! My phone app updated and changed on Saturday and I let my battery completely run down yesterday before charging. When it came back on, I have NO notifications at all. Anybody have a fix? Thanks!

Same here. Mine quit receiving text notifications Friday, June 29th. I've called and sent emails and no one can help me. I have completely reset my Versa with a factory reset, removed from phone and pit back on. Nothing works. When I called Friday it took so ling on the phone it was time for them to close. The guy on the phone was more interested in getting off work than helping me any longer. Said he would email me a case number so I could call back if it still would not work. Really?!

An update caused issues and they know about it but can't say when (or if) they can fix it.
