My versa hasn't been reading my heart rate since I did the update on 15 October. No lights on the back but is 'on' in the settings. Pretty frustrating, no bpm therefore no sleep reading. Doesn't automatically sync, no notifications. Pretty much a really expensive step counter. App used on a Motorola Moto G6.

Hi @GinaMay , regarding the HR reading: go to the settings of your watch, scroll down to HR and switch it off. Restart your Versa three times (internal reset) by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. Regarding the syncing problems: unfortunately your phone is not in the list of by Fitbit supported devices, hence these problems.

Hi there, have tried switching HR off and turning off as detailed, three times but the problem persists, nil HR function and therefore nil sleep record.

It would appear Fitbit is not concerned for customers with the malfunctioning HR reading issue. Pretty disappointed considering the cost to purchase these incredibly expensive pedometers. No reply to my previous question solidifies my decision to never purchase one of these again, you are thieves.
