I posted my Fitbit per instructions to Birmingham (U.K.) for repair. The Fitbit is still under warranty. It’s nearly two weeks and I haven’t had an acknowledgment on the status quo. Surely, confirmation of receipt and how long it would take them to respond is not much to ask?
Has anyone been in a similar situation and advise on what happened? The silence is frustrating and really not good customer care. I switched from Apple Watch to Fitbit and questioning why I made the move 😑
