I am no longer getting texts on my Versa2. I have done updates, turned off my phone, checked all settings, removed the device, Bluetooth on and off...I have tried everything. I’m very frustrated. This is my 5th Fitbit not to mention it’s less than 2 months old. What can be done to resolve this issue?

Same here- no calls or texts. What can we do? It’s so frustrating because I work out so hard and visualizing motivates me more

Plus mine stopped syncing too. For example today I have 13100 steps on my watch but my app shows only 5800

I have a Versa Lite and I find the text messaging and notifications extremely spotty.  Sometimes *everything* comes through, and then other days it just stops.  Today I was getting everything for two hours, then it stopped for an hour, and then resumed.

I find that sometimes the application appears to forget the notifications settings.  I recently tried this and it helped - I went to the phone app and reset all the notifications on the Fitbit application to different apps (for instance, I changed my SMS notifications to google hangouts). I saved the changes.  Then I went back and changed them back to what they were supposed to be (SMS).  I started to get messages again.  I also went into the menu that lets you choose all the applications that can provide notifications (gmail, Signal, Hangouts in my situation).  I turned them all off, saved, and then turned them all on and saved.  This gave me notifications.  I don't know if this is a figment of my imagination (i.e. Skinner Pigeon's Superstition response) or something real.  At the moment I am not very impressed with the robustness of the Fitbit system
