I did the update and ever since, my versa will not sync to the app, cannot connect to any wifi or bluetooth, will not hold charge, will not update at all. My versa has completely stopped working as soon as it finished the update. How do I fix it? This is very frustrating because it was working perfect until then ☹️

Did you try restarting it?
Hold the back button and bottom button together until the FitBit logo appears and then release.
Failing that, a factory reset. I have a Versa 2 but I did have a Versa a few months ago and if I remember rightly that can be found in Settings, About, then scroll down to factory reset.
Be sure to sync first if you can. Any un synced data will be lost if you don't do this before performing a factory reset.
