No notifications and connecting error

Since the latest update I do not get any notifications on my fitbit except the # of steps needed 10 minutes before the hour is up. Is anyone else having this issue? I have checked, double checked, triple checked ALL settings on my phone, fitbit app, and versa. One of the main reasons I purchased this Versa was for the notifications while not having to grab my phone. Also I run and track using my Versa. Half of the time while running lately it says "connecting" instead of showing me the mileage. So is it accurately tracking my runs because I tend to get a different total using my Nike app on my phone. Again does anyone else have these issues?

I’m not having connection issues, but I am not receiving any notifications, either!
