I have an iPhone 8 and my Fitbit Versa will give me notifications at home and then when I go to work I won’t get them anymore and the only way I can get them to work again is if I start up the Fitbit like I would when I get it fresh out of the box, but then when I go back home, the next day I will start to not get them again

@cubsfangarcia2 First, let's try to restore your notifications:
If you have Wifi set up, go to Fitbit mobile app and remove it, then sync your Versa. I noticed that it causes issues for me. If you have other Bluetooth devices paired with your phone, forget them. One of them might be causing issues. Also, make sure Always Connected and All day sync are enabled.

@cubsfangarcia2 Please report back tomorrow! 😊
ETA: Usually there's no need for a factory reset like the ones you were performing.

Unfortunately the notifications still are not popping up on my Fitbit, I got a couple this morning and they’re not showing, I didn’t connect it to the WiFi or anything so I’m not sure why they wouldn’t be showing and it was working fine yesterday

@cubsfangarcia2 Could you reestablish connection between devices like we did before and run a little test? Can you keep the Fitbit mobile app in the foreground all the time? I know it will cramp your lifestyle for a day as basically it has to be the open one all the time, but I want to see what's going on. If it's Versa's firmware, iOS update, Fitbit mobile app, or the combination of all of the above... 😞
Have you paired your Versa with any other devices? Sorry if I have asked about it before...
