I have the Versa and have tried everything recommended and still I’m not receiving my text or phone notifications. Very frustrating!

Hi @Bevansrn02 , if you happen to use an iPhone with iOS13, read the warning on top of the Versa Community Site and/or the Customer Support Site. Apple changed the rules regarding the handling of notifications whithout informing Fitbit about it, therefore the problem on which they are working hard so solve it. If you happen to use a Samsung Android phone, you can have the same problems, but this is caused by the recent Firmware update. So, two problems which have to be solved. Regards kuzibri

@Bevansrn02 may i ask what phone you have? Is it tested as being compatible

If I totally reset Fitbit then I get notifications for 12 hours and then nothing. Please fix this 

I hope google byes this bad company and makes it a beter one then it now is.
