No order confirmation for fitbit versa 2

I had placed an order for fitbit versa 2 over the official website 3 days back. I made the payment and even received the receipt of it on mail. But I still haven't received any order confirmation or tracking details for the order. The customer support is totally helpless and can't take any action other than logging the complaint under my name. The seller was Net distribution services pvt. ltd. I need to know what is the issue and why is my order taking so long???

Hi @VJ1999  you ordered from Fitbit.com? They only ship Monday to Friday, so your order is probably still waiting to be sent to the proper department. You will receive a notice when it ships.
