My versa says higher steps and my App is showing 0 steps. The versa says it is sync. Tried to log out my account and then reset my IPhone. No luck. Yesterday My versa had 6500 steps and the App recorded 0, today my versa says 98 App says 0.

Thank you for sharing that your app doesn't show the steps you tracked with your Fitbit Versa. I appreciate your troubleshooting efforts and recommend confirming that your watch is syncing with your iPhone. From the Today tab, tap your profile picture. Your device is listed at the top. Tap your device image and you will see the date and time your watch synced last time.
