approximately a month and a half ago I updated the Fitbit app. Shortly after another update went out to fix some of the notification issues caused by the initial update. However, my Fitbit Versa completely stopped getting text message notifications. I get phone call notifications, my alarms work, step goal met works but no texts. YES, I turned on all notification settings, I reinstalled the app, my Bluetooth is on, etc. Clearly my phone is communicating with my Fitbit considering I do get some notifications, I’m just not sure what it is about the texts. Can someone please help. Thanks.

Same thing here. Have called support for trouble shooting every few weeks for the last month and still no answers or resolved. Frustrated and super disappointed.

I’m having the same issue with IOS device and also followed all instructions and still not working. Getting really frustrated and annoyed!

I am having the same issue. If this doesn’t get fixed, Fitbit should offer a refund to their customers. This is one of the main functions that I rely on. Not happy!

I was on a chat with them yesterday. Still no solution. I told them I was not very happy...I would hate to go back to an apple watch.

I have tried restarting my phone to get it to work and it does, for about five minutes. While I'm glad it isn't my phone, this really is BIG problem that needs to be resolved. Does anyone from FITBIT ever jump on these threads? Is it only Versa? Why is this happening all of a sudden?

I’m dealing with the same issue and I have done everything they say to do in the help forums. When you call customer service, what do they say? Personally, I find this absolutely ridiculous they haven’t fixed the problem.

It has been about 6 weeks for me. At first fitbit Versa just quit working all together and fitbit sent me a new one. I get every notification but text messages. Not happy at all and looking at apple watch also. Ive done tried everything and completely frustrated. Think fitbit needs to give us all a refund or at least one that works!! I have the iPhone x.
