iPhone. I’ve called customer service twice in the last 2 months regarding the issue and they keep saying it’s being worked on...

Hi @Katie9 , the customer service is right on this matter. It's a known issue that there are problems with notifications since Apple upgraded to iOS 13. During this update, Apple itself changed the rules regarding the handling of notifications without notifying Fitbit about it. Hence these problems. Fitbit cannot help is therefore and is working hard to solve these problems caused by Apple itself, with you as iPhone users as the victims. All in all, blame Apple for this problem and not Fitbit.
