I have only had this Versa for a week and a 1/2 had it all set up no problem. Suddenly to day I get no text message notifications. I have been troubleshooting it all day and I just got off the phone with customer support and they told me that it's an issue they've been having and it could be a few weeks! That is completely Unacceptable! What is being done about this? I am using a Samsung S9 plus phone

I am having the same issue which started about a day ago. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it with no results. This is so frustrating as I need to receive notifications while at work without having to carry my phone. I hope they fix this soon!
