Hi @Calmrc - if you have restarted the watch and it hasn't helped, try swipe the face left to find that app launch icons, if they are missing too you probably need to do factory reset which isn't without risk.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for help with that.
