My Versa 2 has nothing but multi coloured lines across the screen, flickering! Any ideas on how to remedy this issue?

HI @Daviebell - unfortunately it sounds like a hardware fault but you could try a watch restart by holding the button for 10 seconds, and also try changing the clock face from the Fitbit App, Gallery tile.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, Help & support section, Contact Customer support for help as last resort with a factory reset.
