Hey Versa Lite community,
I see that i'm not the only one having issues with getting an accurate update for the Versa Lite. I literally just got mine today and was super excited to get some apps on it like Spotify but was unable to do so.
So like many of you I did some research and found that there is a bug-- even if it say you're up to date with a 38.6.1.1 version or higher, it's stuck at the 38.33.1.30 version without an option to update.. I am aware of the post that say:
"Please note that Spotify is now viewable in the app gallery for all smartwatch users. However, users will need to be on the most recent firmware (OS 4.0.2) to install it. We are working to have 4.0.2 rolled out to 100% still.
Do we know when an update will be available to new Versa Lite users having issues?
