I've had a versa for about a year and I'm very careful with it. I wore it to the beach today, and the screen popped off. I wasn't doing any strenuous activity, I was just sitting there. It exposed all the inside chips and such and is hanging on by gold panel. I'm very disappointed and it is not turning back on. Customer support is not currently working due to covid, so I'm hoping somebody from fitbit sees this.

Customer support are still working although I think they have suspended email contact due to the pandemic. You'll need to contact them so they can check your warranty status and advise on your options. The various ways to contact them can be found at contact.fitbit.com
