Despite me making my daily step goals it's not syncing any of my progress to my workweek hustle or other challenges. I have noticed it has not synced my sleep as well. I have tried unpairing my device which wiped out those daily steps and still did not work. I have turned it off and back on. Are there other troubleshooting options to try?

Unfortunately I tried repositioning my versa but has not actually done anything. It stopped recording the sleep the same day it stopped syncing in challenges and the only thing different that happened with my account was I bought premium. I don't think 2 things stopped working at the same time is just a coincidence, unfortunately.
I actively use challenges so it's a bit annoying but I am hoping someone has a fix for the this, that worked for them because I do enjoy using my Fitbit. Unfortunately at this time I can't just upgrade my watch to something that isn't experiencing this issue.

This happens inconsistently
