@Kristen0307 Which Versa firmware are you using? Also which Fitbit mobile app version?

For now, you can try this:

  1. Unpair (remove) Versa from your phone's bluetooth settings
  2. Uninstall the Fitbit mobile app
  3. Reboot your phone and install Fitbit mobile app. Do not pair.
  4. Reboot your Versa by pressing and holding the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes
  5. Login to Fitbit mobile app
  6. Grant all permissions and sync.

Some users have reported that bluetooth connectivity was more stable if they removed WIFI networks. You can try doing that as well. Before performing above procedure, remove the WIFI from Fitbit mobile app and sync.

@Kristen0307 Out of curiosity, have you tried syncing your Versa with other device, e.g. other phone, tablet or computer?

@Kristen0307 At this point, I would perform factory reset. The problem is it will wipe all data on your tracker, so if you cannot sync it, it will be lost. Before performing factory reset, please delete Versa from your Fitbit account. You can do that in your Fitbit mobile app. You also need to forget the tracker from your phone's Bluetooth settings. Reboot the phone just in case. To factory reset Versa, go to Settings app on your tracker and scroll down to About. Tap on it and scroll down to Factory Reset. Tap it. After factory reset you will have to set up Versa again by adding a new device in the Fitbit mobile app.
