I'm setting up a new Versa. It appears to be connecting with my phone. When I try to pick a clock with every clock I get a message along the lines of "This clock cannot be download to this device". Is this part of the current glitch fitbit are sorting or is there anything I can do?

What phone are you using? It could well be a compatability problem.

Well that one should work - it is listed on the Supported Devices List. I used to have an S7 and I set up my Ionic using it and selected several clock faces.
So now why isnt your working? Id suggest you do two things and then try again. The first is restart the Versa several times. The second is uninstall the Fitbit app, reinstall it and log back in. Let us know if you can then download a clock face.
