As of this morning I’m not able to swipe up, down or to the side. Text notifications and smart wake are not working either. I have tried to update (already updated),restarted and removed and reinstalled my versa watch. Please help! Thanks
Hi @Teemedlin , restart your Versa three times in a row (internal reset of the watch). If that does not solve your problem and your Versa is still under warranty, contact Customer Support. regards kuzibri
Best Answerthanks for the help. Had to call customer service to find out it had a short and needed replacement. Ordered a new one no just waiting 😀
