@Lexietje007 Well, it is a wrist tracker so certain arm movements might be perceived as steps. I recommend changing Wrist Placement setting to Dominant, syncing and rebooting your Versa several times (press and hold the left and bottom right button until Fitbit logo appears).

Hi Marrmaduke

 

What I understan is that your dominant hand is the one you use for writing and eating....so which one is better to put my versa on ? the dominant or non dominant?

@Nohazem Non-dominant. But, if your Versa counts too many steps, you can make it less sensitive by switching the Wrist Placement setting to Dominant (but still wear the tracker on the left hand!). Hope that helps. 😄
