Not actually waterproof?

I bought my Versa shortly after release. While it worked, I was very happy with the accuracy of my laps during swimming. I'm a regular swimmer that averages 5 days a week. My gyms pool isn't deeper than 4 feet and yet here I am 5 months later with a "waterproof" watch that started spazzing in the water and is now toast. Pretty disappointed.

Hi, @Lylitu, the Versa is definitely designed to be waterproof and used for swimming exactly as you have done.  If yours seems to be suffering from water damage, then do get in touch with Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com.  If you contact them via email it can be helpful if you provide a photograph showing the damage/ issue, if possible.

My first Versa died after just 10 minutes in the pool.

Hi, @GreginJaxFL, when you say your "first Versa" I guess that means that Fitbit replaced it for you?  Is your second Versa working as exoected, including in the pool?
