Not connecting to Pandora what do I do next

I can't either but I think you have to have a PSID subscription to Pandora, not the free one,  if that is true I am not happy about that, I am not going to pay for another subscription for music.  Will Sirius ever be on fitbit versa?

I have a paid Pandora subscription (Premium) and I keep getting a “ there was a problem communicating with the Fitbit server. Please try again.“ Message whenever I try to sync Pandora to my Versa. I’ve restarted my Versa, my iPhone 8, I’m connected to WiFi, I’ve logged in/out of my Pandora account....very frustrating.

Do you have multiple Pandora accounts? I did! Once I logged in with the same email address attached to my Fitbit account....easy breezy! I uninstalled the Pandora app from my iPhone 8, reinstalled, logged in with Fitbit email, syncing was a breeze! Takes a while, but that solved it for me!

 

I did a chat with Fitbit and this never even came up as an option....I was asked to contact Pandora 😣

I don't have a paid subscription. Do I need that if that's the case I won't be connecting.  I'm not paying any more subscriptions . wish they would connect with Sirius😕

Hi.  Yes, you will need a paid subscription.  Right now Pandora has a 60 day trial if you are a free subscriber.  I am testing it now to see if I will keep it.  For the Fitbit, getting stations on it is hit or miss at least for me.  You can only only choose the 3 top “My stations” or pre-determined workout stations.  I removed all but 3 of my stations from Pandora so only those would download but Only 2 stations are downloading.

 

You may want to test out the trial offer to see if you even want to deal with trying to get stations on your watch.  I spent 2 days without success so I may cancel the Pandora subscriptions and even considering returning the Versa.  I am not enjoying it will all the watch and Fitbit app issues.

Not so have paid subscription and still it says updating....been updating for 3 days
