Not counting my hourly steps. At all. Misses hours.

I have already made enough steps for this hour but when I go to the daily page it only shows the last two hours. This has happened before and really ticks me off. Any solution or do I need a replacement?

Hi @MaryGeorge777  - it would seem your watch is not syncing properly or you aren't patient enough as it takes time to get the data displayed.

 

In any case it would be a good idea to restart the phone and watch.

 

There are clock faces in the gallery which show steps this hours and active hours directly on the watch face, such as SimpleClockPro which might make things easier for you.

You are probably right about my lack of patience. But when you start by
checking your watch and it is updating your steps as you walk, then when
you check halfway through the next hour and it tells you how many hours are
done and there are no steps showing at all for that 1/2 hour it is
frustrating. Also I frequently reboot everything else so it makes sense to
reboot the watch. Presumably right after it has been synced?
As an old lady I have my watch synced to my tablet for easier reading and
typing than on my phone.
