Hi @Sundjojo. Welcome on board.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and let's work on this together. Just to confirm, do you mean that all your bike activity didn't record your distance and pace? Were you using the Exercise app on your Versa 2? Or were those activities recorded with SmartTrack?

I'm asking this as SmartTrack, which is the function that allows your Versa 2 to recognize your activities automatically won't record distance or pace. If you prefer to receive detailed information of your activities and even GPS data, I'd recommend to use the Exercise app so you can start and stop your activity, and check your data after syncing with the Fitbit app.
