My Versa 2 says “Not enough power from this source”. I have tried changing charging blocks, bought a new charging dock, used other outlets, clean the prongs and did the restart! Nothing has worked! This is about the 5th Fitbit I have owned and this one only for 9 months!!! If I can’t get this fixed, I will buy something different, definitely not a Fitbit!

Have you tried changing the actual plug you are connecting it to?
I had have the same issue with certain plugs, for example none of the plugs supplied with apple devices allow enough current into the changer.
(Not the the outlet, the part you actually plug in to the socket)
