Versa 2 not tracking sleep

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My sleep hasn't been logged in days. I've tried to restart the watch, log in and out of the app, delete the app and reinstall it, change the sleep sensitivity, sleep with the watch on my nondominant hand and nothing works. My heart rate is being read although the lights aren't working anymore. Any suggestions?

My heart rate is not being read at all. Nvm. My watch says no heart rate, app says constant 79 pbm and the log in the app gives a full-ish timeline up until the 27th of March within my normal range, but nothing after that.

Affects me too. I tried the fix suggested on another link and it didn't work.

Rebooted the entire thing after talking to customer support and so far so good, although it's been less than 1 hour. If you wanna try you reboot from the watch. Remember to sync first.

I've had this problem a couple of times. You might try cleaning the back of the watch where the sensors are with some mild soap, ensure that you don't have any lotion on your wrist where the watch makes contact and ensure that you are wearing the watch tight enough and about 1" above the wrist bone. In your problem description you state "although the lights aren't working anymore". Which lights are you referring to?

You probably should verify that sleep mode hasn't been turned off. Scroll down a few screens in the following link to see how to check.
