My watch has been malfunctioning since the update. It doesn't charge properly and the functions are very temperamental. Sometimes it can pick up things and sometimes not. It has even told me to wear my watch at night for sleep when it was.on my arm. I have reset it , cleaned it, and now I tried to contact customer support through chat and that's not working. I have seen that there have been nothing but problems since the last update so so we know when these issues are going to be rectified? This is ridiculous.

If you see that the device is charging but the battery is not lasting as before, please see: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?
Please, perform a restart on the device, since the restart fixes many features on the device.

My time is wrong, steps aren’t counting, all after the update. Tried factory reset—can’t run app updates now. A mess.

I'm having the same issue also with my Versa 3.
It seems every time Samsung does an update my watch is useless for a couple months afterwards. Drops sync randomly and it takes a thousand power cycles of the watch to get it to connect again, time is wrong, my watch face changed.. Just so frustrating. It is basically like having a watch that actually doesn't even show the correct time consistently!!!

My versa 3 worked perfectly fine and now the battery drains from 100% to 0% within 10 minutes. Im not happy at all because ever since the latest update that's when it started and I contacted customer services and they told me the exact same that I'm out of warranty!!!! They need to sort out a new update for everyone because it's happening to everyone with a fitbit
