Hello I am using versa with one plus 6t but I am not getting notification in my watch and even some time Bluetooth also disconnect automatically and each and everything but still I am not getting notification please help

That phone is not officially supported. only the OnePlus 6 is. You can check here

Try:

 1) Disable the battery optimization for the Fitbit app

 2) Lock Fitbit app in multitasking switcher

 3) Restart your OnePlus device
