Versa is not turing on

After several recent updates my Versa doesn't turn on.  What can I do to make it work again?

Try a Restart and try it several times if necessary.

@EileenS524 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it stopped turning on.

 

In addition to the restart process that shared @SunsetRunner, please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can proceed with the rest if you already restarted your watch.

 

After this, charge your Versa for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
