Not getting PagerDuty notifications on Versa

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have all apps enabled to send push notifications to the watch ("Select all" under "App notifications.") So far almost all of my notifications from my apps get to my watch just fine, but there's at least one app (PagerDuty) where I get the push notification on my phone, but not on my watch. Weird. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

@evertron A warm welcome to our Community! Sorry to hear that you aren't getting notifications from the PagerDuty app. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible to sync? Which OS version is it running? As you mentioned you are able to see notifications from all apps except the PargerDuty you will need to check that app settings. If you are using an Android device then check the app permissions at settings > apps > PagerDuty > permissions. Also check your phone's privacy permissions for that app.

Let me know how it goes!

I have a Nexus 6p, Android 8.1.0. I went to settings>apps>PagerDuty>permissions and all permissions are enabled. All options under settings>apps>PagerDuty>App Notifications are also enabled.

Update - I found out that the push notifications are making it to the watch! I can see them when I swipe down on the main screen. But they are not buzzing/alerting the watch like the rest of my notifications. All my other apps' notifications are still functioning as expected.

Hi there,

Were you ever able to resolve this issue? I'm looking at getting a Versa, but I'm on PagerDuty and I definitely need to get vibrational alerts from this. If it's not addressed I'lI buy something else (not from FitBit). Thanks!

This has indeed been resolved. I think it was actually a problem with the pagerduty app. There was an update that went out a while ago, and after that I was getting push notifications and vibrations from the watch.
