Not getting eMail/Calendar notifications on Versa Lite from Android phone

I receive SMS and incoming phone call notifications on my Versa Lite but do not get incoming eMail notifications nor do I get notifications when a appointment reminder pops up on my (Android) phone.

I "think" I've set all notifications "on". Any suggestions?

Hi @Bob_Stratton, thank you for your response.

I appreciate your feedback and the additional details. I see that your phone is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment. If a device is not supported by the Fitbit app, it doesn't mean that it won't work with the app entirely, but rather that some of its functions might work intermittently. I appreciate your understanding.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi @Bob_Stratton, it's nice to see you again in our Community Forums. I am sorry for the delayed response.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that while you receive SMS and incoming phone call notifications on your Versa Lite, you're not receiving email and calendar notifications. Thank you for efforts to resolve this and providing the additional details. I recommend confirming the steps to set up notifications and follow the troubleshooting instructions in this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.

Confirming.

Yes, I've done all those things.

Also powered off the Versa and re-started it, re-booted my phone (several times).

No joy in who-ville.

Thanks, so much for your help. I do appreciate the effort.

My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (yeah, I know it's not the most modern).
