Versa screen not working

A month or so ago I started to notice that the screen on my versa was not very responsive to me touching it or swiping it.  Now the screen won't turn on at all.  The versa will still connect with my phone and download data (most of the time) but nothing will show up on the screen.  I have tried a variety of the different resets mentioned in other posts but to no avail.

 

Has anyone else had this issue, and if so is there a fix?

Same here but sadly I have no fix for our problem

I contacted support and they had me cycle through the different reset options.  Still no luck.  I recommend you contact support sooner rather than later, maybe your device is still under warranty

Same issue. Started having issues swiping the screen and selecting options on the screen, then the screen froze and now its black. 

 

I've tried all the recommended resets. I let the battery completely die and then re-charged it and nothing. The watch is still tracking as my phone is updating with all of the stats but just a blank screen.

 

I've had mine less than 6 months (bought it at Kohls).

Exact the same as me and...I also bought mine at Kohl’s.
Also, mine is rebooting itself automatically ever hour. And it lasts
forever!
I need to call customer service and see if I need to do a factory reset.
So far the only way is see to do a factory reset is on your Fitbit. But
since mine won’t even turn on most of the time that is not possible.
However, it is still recording data on the app!
Go figure!!
