Not getting notifications from Huawei Mate 20 x

Can someone help. I set up my versa and received 3 notifications. I followed all the instruction to set up notification and now i cant receive any. I have a huawei mate 20 x. Thanks

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you're not receiving any notifications on your Fitbit Versa. Thank you for sharing that you're using a Huawei Mate 20 x and that you've followed the steps to set up notifications. I would like to confirm that Huawei Mate 20 x is not a supported device for the Fitbit app at this moment. While it has the specifications to be compatible and may work with the Fitbit app, it's possible to come across some issues along the way. I appreciate your understanding while we work to improve this experience.

Just an update to the same issue. I’ve a Huawei Mate 20X and my Versa 2 does not receive notifications from my phone. It’s now 03rd December 2019.

I have the same problem between my new Versa 2 and Huawei mate 20 which according to your list of compatible phones is compatible! With issues should be added!! So since 9th January 2019 to present day 16th March 2020 you've still not got any closer!! Come on Fitbit are you just hoping Hauwei will go away!
