I have a Fitbit versa that has an unresponsive touch screen display. I searched around and noticed my device isn't the only one with this issue. I already performed the factory reset to add more insult, the device is in a worse situation because its stuck at the setup screen and can not even display the time, how ironic..
This device is less than 18 months old (now out of warranty) and completely bricked because of their shoddy design. They offered me a laughable 25% discount towards another product which doesn't seem any better than their seasonal discounts. Even with a discount, am I suppose to just accept these devices don't last past 18 months?
It would be great if someone can figure out why it is simply not working because the device is almost spotless. If it can't be fixed in any way, we should at least petition that they add a software update that can allow for use of the device through the three buttons. The device doesn't even support accessibility features which would be really helpful in these situations as well.

@gabegabe Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!
Sorry for the delay in my response and to hear about your unresponsive Versa and thank you for reaching out to our Support team for assistance. Support does follow the guidelines listed in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. This is why they offer a discount to help customers in this situation. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
If you have suggestions on how to improve Fitbit devices then you can share your ideas in our Feature Suggestions board. Search for the idea first to see if one already exists so you can add your vote. The more votes an idea gets the more likely the developers will try to implement it.
