I am not getting notifications on my Versa. Settings are set to receive them. Not getting texts, calls, messenger. I have turned off phone, Fitbit, logged out of app...nothing working

I too have had trouble with my notifications. It shows on my fit bit that the notification happened but I do not feel a vibration when it is received. I am at a loss after going through trouble shooting with no success.

@Bevanne1, before considering other options and besides the steps that you already mentioned, please check all the necessary requirements and if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications. In addition, please make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed.
