I have suddenly stopped getting notifications on my versa lite.i did all the steps that I read on the Fitbit site.the only thing I changed was the clock design.would appreciate help.Thanks

Sorry @Gandhi I'm not sure what all the steps you tried are or what phone that you have. 

Have you checked your quick settings, accessed by holding in the left button? You might then need to swipe left?

If notifications are turned on then it is a phone issue. 

How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
Receive call, text message, calendar, and other notifications on your Fitbit watch or tracker if you have a compatible phone.
My Fitbit device isn't receiving notifications from my phone
Try these troubleshooting steps if you're not receiving notifications.
