Sleep tracking stopped working

I have used Fitbit’s for years now. I recently decided to go with an Apple Watch, rbut missed the Fitbit. I purchased the Versa and had no issues until two nights ago when it stopped tracking my sleep. I reset it myself. Nothing. Called customer service and she had me reset it and again last night it did not track. It is not even shown no on the graph. There is absolutely nothing logged for my sleep for the past two nights. Now before I had the charge HR and there were so many issues with those that I went through a few of them as did friends I know. I thought that the Versa would at least have the issues worked out, but I am wondering if it is just a Fitbit issue and they are never going to get their technology to work. I know that there are others that have never had an issue with Fitbit, but I am not one if those lucky ones. I am now disappointed that I had decided to come back to Fitbit. I just want a Fitbit that works properly. I am so frustrated!

Hello @Valeneh you say that you reset your Versa. 

What do you mean?

  • Did you simply restart the tracker
  • Did you do a factory reset,  if so have you set up the Versa since?
  • When was the last time the Fitbit app says the tracker last synced?
