I have issue with syncing  and i am not getting phone notification on watch.

Unfortunately, this is a big issue with the versa... It doesn't stay synced with your phone regularly, which means you don't receive notifications.

Try shutting down your device??? This doesn't help and just gives me a watch that tells the wrong time. But maybe you'll have more success.

Sameerkatote, I am not sure if you have an Apple or Android device?I have an android (Samsung Galaxy S5) device and have had multiple issues with receiving text notifications of my Versa. I have read forum after forum to find answers and finally I figured out it was an issue within my phone. I went to settings, SOUND AND NOTIFICATION>>scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see NOTIFICATION ACCESS>> open this and you should see the Fitbit Notification Service and you will need to slide the button to ON. This may not help you with your specific device but that is what I found to be the culprit! Hope this helps.
