Hi,

I recently changed from Apple to Samsung but I'm not getting any notifications through on my Versa? Any help would be great thanks 🙂 x

Hi @Samanthalou85 and welcome to the forum. Which Samsung phone did you get? Please check to make sure it is on the list of Supported Devices. If it’s not, that could explain why you are not receiving notifications.

Hi, you do not say whether you are getting notifications on your phone, later versions of android have a number of battery saving functions so you will need to check what apps are allowed to run in the background and adjust if necessary. I would not worry too much about the supported products list my phone is not on list and works fine while some on list have problems.
