Not getting texts or calls since update

Since I've updated my phone today, my Versa 2 stopped getting calls and texts notifications.  Please help me resolve this issue.  Thanks!

Thank you for all the information about your Versa that is not receiving the notifications since your phone's update. 

Before considering other options, please check all the necessary requirements and if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve problems with notifications.

In addition, please make sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app installed.

I have same problem with my Versa Lite. Tried everything but nothing changes. Still the same note and any notification.

I am having the same issues. It keeps telling to restart my phone. I have tried deleting and reatalling the app and turning my fitbit off and on again. Nothing is working and it is so annoying.

Thank you for the pictures and for confirming that you've been having the same problem with the notifications.  

I've seen other users who have experienced the same problem with the error message "Notification service not running. Please restart your phone and try again". Fitbit is aware of it and the team of developers is working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.

Has this got a timeline yet? My app was updated 2 days ago and im having the same issue, done all the steps above its infuriating. Please get this fixed asap

Hi I am having rhe same problem no notifications which I use to get.  This so annoying when up grading and can't get these!!

Yesterday i got 2 notification when somebody called. Whopidooo. But no notification for sms or messenger or email. Still nothing...😒

I can't even find my versa icon through my profile! but it is syncing... also no texts or calls since app update. Sigh.
