Not illuminating when I turn my wrist and no longer recv text messages to watch

Hello!

All of a sudden my Vera stopped illuminating when I turn my wrist and the text notifications are not coming in.  I have rebooted my watch and verified all of the settings are correct.  Any recommendations on what I should do?

Love my Versa, but worried it is on the verge of dying  😞

When you say you've checked all the settings, do you mean within the app, on the watch or both? If the app settings all look correct, push and hold the left button on the Versa and make sure that Screen Wake is set to Auto and Notifications are set to On.
