Not keeping charge

My versa is no longer keeping it's charge and is only lasting 1 day.  Also it is not logging my activity.  I have tried factory reset and everything else that you advise to fix this problem but it has not fixed it. Also it won't let me change the clock face n is saying fitbit is not connected.  I cannot seem to fix this

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with your Fitbit. It sounds like you have tried everything I would as you to do, thus have exhausted the help that can be provided on the forum. You next step is to contact Customer Support.

Fingers crossed they have a solution for you.
