Hello, I have had my Fitbit versa for 1 1/2 years. I use it daily to track steps, receive texts, and show time. Yesterday, it went dead and isn’t charging at all... I’m not sure if my charger isn’t working?? Any help is appreciated. Thank you
I'm sorry for your loss.😥 I too recently suffered the same issue just over 1 year and under 1.5 years. Anything over 12 months is not supported by fitbit anymore. You can use the text popup to chat with support so they can guide you through a long list of troubleshooting tips. In the end (like 1-2 hours), it probably won't accomplish much, but you will get a 25% off coupon in hopes you buy another watch from fitbit.
