My versa shows that its connected to my phone through the fitbit app. But once I get into the watch apps it shows that the watch is not syncing... this includes location ginder, maps ... apps like yelp and covid tracker. Ive gone into the setting for the permissions access and then started up the apps again. I also restarted my phone, disconnected and connected the Bluetooth... all that good stuff. Now I do notice there is a connection for a versa lite on my phone and a versa lite ( classic ) just wanted to see if i have to connect to two of the Bluetooth setting or just with one.

To resolve the syncing difficulties you're experiencing with your Versa Lite, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
