Not receiving Sleep Score

  I wore my fitbit to bed last night. It shows my sleep stages but doesn’t mention my sleep score at all. On my moms phone she at least has a “Why No Sleep Score?” tab at the top of her sleep tab. I have nothing. I can’t even turn on the “See Sleep Score” option in settings, it’s not there. I checked for updates and didn’t find anything, any reasons?

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many time since then? Which mobile device are you using to sync your Versa 2 device?
