Versa not receiving text message from iPhone

I’ve done every update available, as has my wife on her versa lite. We both have iPhones and NEITHER of us can get texts

So the only way my versa 2 will get txts is if I set it to show previews on my phone. I do not want to have to keep doing this because I do not want people being able to read my txts right off the lock screen when a txt comes. Is that what you are working on fixing? If so, how long until this is resolved? I’ve been reading that for over 3 months people have been waiting....yikes! If I had known I may not have gone with Fitbit again...please help!

It’s one of the only reasons my wife and I got the models we did. We tried what Shonnie recommended but even that doesn’t work for us. Would be great if this got fixed.

I’ve always had a Fitbit and I’ve loved them! I even chose Fitbit over Apple Watch! But if they can’t come out with a fix or even to let us know if it’s at all possible, I may return mine 😞 don’t want to but....

Totally understand where you’re coming from. I’m not super happy about it. I had an ionic I loved — it broke, they gave me a new one. Then the new one (I think it was refurbished but I have no evidence of that) broke, and all they could do for me was give me a discount. So my wife and I got versas and now they’re not even working 100%.
