Not receiving Snapchat notification on Galaxy 9+

I see all the issues with notifications related to the iPhones but I'm wandering if there Is also an issue with Snapchat notifications showing on the Versa? I have tried everything from factory resetting the Versa, disabling all apps and then enabling them and re-syncing. I get my email and ESPN notifications but not Snapchat? Any help or suggestions?

Still no solution for this yet, trust me ive tried everything and looked everywhere, its the only app not working and its the one i use the most. Come on FitBit 🙄
